As a child growing up in South Africa, I remember that our nearest town had one ‘health shop’, which was seen at the time as a place that only vegetarians would visit. A few short decades later and the same town now has four natural health stores, all of which do a roaring trade ! This leads me to believe that South African consumers are becoming more aware of the benefits of following a healthy diet and supplementation plan.
